RENTING WITHIN OPENING HOURS

(Klokken 08:00 – 16:00) Renting the showroom including coffee/tea/water: NOK 3000 excl. mva. Cleaning fee will be between 500-1500 (depending on how the showroom is left). The tenant must understand that House Of Builders is open, which means people will come and go, as well as all offices and the reception are in use from 08:00 to 16:00.

RENTING OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS

(After 16:00): Includes an additional NOK 1750 excl. mva. (Total of NOK 4750). Cleaning fee will be between 500-1500 (depending on how the showroom is left). The tenant has the entire showroom at his/her disposal (with the exception of the LITE office).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to rent House Of Builders, the tenant must come by to get instructions on how AV equipment, lights and sound work. The tenant is also responsible for replacing any type of damage or loss in relation to the event. If the showroom is rented both during opening hours and after, the cleaning fee will only be charged once.
